Onboarding New Employee (Internal)
Purpose:
Ensure new Aegis Ascent staff are onboarded consistently and securely.
1. Accounts
- Create Microsoft 365 account
- Assign required licenses
- Add to relevant security groups
2. Access
- Grant access to:
- KB (Cloudflare Access + M365)
- Ticketing system
- Documentation repos
3. Devices
- Issue workstation
- Enroll into Intune (if applicable)
- Apply baseline security configuration
4. Orientation
- Walk through this KB
- Review company mission & services
- Review communication standards
